The apartment is situated on the first floor surrounded by a small balcony. It is about 120 sq.mt. and is equipped with a king-size double bedroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

There are two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bath, both with hairdryers. There is a large lounge diner and kitchen with an oven, a microwave oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

On the ground floor there is a pretty courtyard with a portico where it is possible to enjoy open-air dining.

The car port is situated at about 80 mt. from the apartment.
